University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences Vienna (BOKU)

The University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences Vienna has been founded 140 years ago and has currently 1500 researchers in faculty positions and 9000 students. The University has three campuses and is organized in 14 different departments including the Department of Biotechnology. BOKU’s contribution is to secure this basis for the future generation in a densely populated and intensively agriculturally used area. Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohriski”

Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohriski” was founded in 1888. It has 16 faculties, 1600 lecturers, about 1000 post graduate students and over 25 thousand students. The Scientific Research Department (NIS – SU) is the organization through which the university lecturers accomplish research and innovation work on a contract basis.
